I must say I was a little concerned about the need for Pink tights with a red outfit, but all together I guess I was wrong. Guess that's why I don't teach dance!!
Just look at that smile. She is so ready for her recital at the end of the month. But, not for the reason one would think. Here are her two reasons: 1) "I get to stop going to dance", 2) "I get to put my costume in my dress up box and it is not as itchy as my other ones". Ahh such honesty. Sweet Delaney has a great time in dance, but does not like having to go just as Blaine gets home from school. She has been wanting to quit for several weeks, but we told her she has to finish the recital (I mean we already paid for everything!). She also has NEVER been into dress up, until the past several months. I have some fun pics of her and her brother playing dress up together (agghh to get caught up...some day).
Delaney you have done such a great job this year in dance. I can't wait for the end of the month and to experience my first ever dance recital. Thank you for the beautiful smile and excitement as you tried on your costume tonight. You look absolutely adorable!!
